Wake Up with PurposeAs it gets colder, we are finding it harder to wake up and the mornings are somewhat, slower. I have recently joined the 5am club which hasn’t been as bad as it sounds. I have been super productive even though I crash early in the evenings (like 20:30 sleep time but I try to push it to 21:00). Seriously, if you don’t set intentions for your days, this winter snap will have you staying in bed or just mindlessly floating from task to task. Just a thought. |

Don’t be alarmed in the next few months when you see some changes, we are working on a re-brand. A new look and feel for our amazing brand. We are going for something au natural and authentic. With that, we are adding so much to our range — we are going all out for this shoppe. I am currently using the soon to be introduced body crème, diffusers, lip balms, candles. Just think about that. We have expanded our scents as well. You can expect that in the second half of the year. Yay! Who is keen? Please stand up and wiggle with me! |
